Patent number: 11330827Abstract: A method for producing herb cheese, in particular for producing hard cheese, which is enriched with herbs, spices or the like, with the herbs introduced by machine. For this purpose, raw cheese mass having about 80% milk removed is filled into cheese molds, which are preferably arranged in a vat of a cartridge press, and subsequently pressed. At the same time, respectively, herbs, spices or the like are introduced uniformly into the cheese molds parallel to the raw cheese mass.Type: GrantFiled: June 17, 2020Date of Patent: May 17, 2022Assignee: Kalt Maschinenbau AGInventor: Siegfried Grüninger

Patent number: 10785954Abstract: A method and device for handling cheese blocks. Compressed cheese curd is released from the inner wall of a mould and after a turning operation is evacuated from the mould, with the mould rotated, lowered and shaken or blown. A lifting gripper is guided as far as the stop on a pick-up device, and in the mould the cheese block is subjected to a shaking movement. The mould, that is to say, the cassette, is then raised, rotated and guided back into the cassette press, so that the cheese block can be fixed in position on the lifting gripper by a clamping means. The pick-up plunger with the cheese block is then lowered, that is to say, retracted, the lifting gripper is traversed towards a secondary mould for the cheese block, preferably downwards, the clamping means open, and the cheese block is positioned in a secondary mould.Type: GrantFiled: November 7, 2016Date of Patent: September 29, 2020Assignee: Kalt Maschinenbau AGInventor: Siegfried Grüninger

Patent number: 10785953Abstract: A method and device for handling cheese blocks, which in particular can be assigned to a so-called cassette press with round or cornered cheese moulds. A rapid reloading of cheese blocks can be achieved. Compressed cheese curd is released from the inner wall of a mould and after a turning operation is evacuated from the mould, with the mould rotated, lowered and shaken or blown. Before the shaking or blowing, a pick-up plunger retracts into the mould up to the cheese block; the mould is then raised, rotated and guided back into the cheese press. The pick-up plunger with the cheese block is then lowered and the cheese block is fixed in position on the pick-up plunger by a clamping unit, is swivelled through 180° towards a secondary mould and is guided, i.e. pushed into the latter; the clamping unit is then opened and the pick-up plunger retracts.Type: GrantFiled: November 7, 2016Date of Patent: September 29, 2020Assignee: Kalt Maschinenbau AGInventor: Siegfried Grüninger

Patent number: 6745686Abstract: A support for a cylindrical screen in a rotation screen printing apparatus. The apparatus has two sides. The support includes a side flange on each of the two ends of the apparatus; an intermediate ring resiliently supported by each side flange; a turnbuckle rotatable rotatably disposed in each intermediate ring; a stencil ring disposed in each turnbuckle. Whereby the screen is received at each end of the apparatus through the stencil rings in a turnbuckle, so that when subjected to a load, the screen is able to pivot and be displaced in an axial direction relative to the flange at least within predetermined limits.Type: GrantFiled: August 15, 2002Date of Patent: June 8, 2004Assignee: Gallus Ferd, Ruesch AGInventors: Hans-Rudolf Frick, Heinz Brocker, Siegfried Grueninger

Patent number: 6318416Abstract: The spring interior 10 comprises springs 12 with different spring constants (hardness). The variation of the spring constant is effected by changing the average radius of the windings 13 between the central winding 15 and the two end rings 14 of each individual spring. With a spring winding machine 21 whose bending tools can be set and adjusted by software during the production, in this manner spring interiors 10 may be manufactured which comprises any amount of zones of differing hardness. With this, all springs 12 consist of wire with the same diameter, the same end ring 14 diameter and the same height, and the automatic manufacture may be effected without conversion of the spring interior assembly automatic machines.Type: GrantFiled: July 10, 2000Date of Patent: November 20, 2001Assignee: L&P Property Management CompanyInventor: Siegfried Grueninger

Patent number: 5788051Abstract: Device for transferring springs to an assembly machine, wherein the sprints to be transferred are retained in a guide device wherein for the transfer of the springs sliders are provided engaging at the end winds of the springs.Type: GrantFiled: November 15, 1996Date of Patent: August 4, 1998Assignee: Spuehl AGInventors: Hans Knoepfel, Siegfried Grueninger

Patent number: 5713115Abstract: Described is an electronically regulated coiling apparatus for mattress and upholstery springs comprising essentially a wire draw-in, a wire guidance, a cutting device and a bending device for a wire to be processed, and due to short drive trains equipped with few transfer elements, in particular for the bending device, improved torsional rigidity and flexural strength of the particular drive train is attained. The electronically regulated servomotors used according to the invention can therefore transfer their movement directly onto the bending tools and the drive rollers by interconnecting few transfer elements. This permits bending a wire with decreased tolerances into a corresponding spring.Type: GrantFiled: May 10, 1996Date of Patent: February 3, 1998Assignee: Spuehl AGInventors: Hans Knoepfel, Siegfried Grueninger
