The mounting device is mounted on each end of at least one beam, and is moveable between an active position, in which each cord (2) is tensioned, and a second position in which each cord (2) is slackened, so that the window covering is easily removed from the window recess.

Abstract: In order in a device for internal shading of triangular, trapezoidal, polygonal or semicircular glass areas with a foldable or gatherable hanging means or drape, the hanging edge of which displaceable for the closure and opening is equipped with a profile strip and the side edges of which adjoining the displaceable hanging means edge are guided on holding means, to make available a completely novel constructional concept which is able to cover with simple construction a great number of complicated and possibly irregular area forms both for vertical and for inclined or possibly horizontal glass areas, the profile strip is divided into two or more strip portions (6, 7) which are articulately connected to each other.

Abstract: An electromotively driven sunblind includes a first beam and a second beam which are movable in parallel relative to each other. A motor and a drive shaft having at least one drive roller are disposed within a hollow cavity in the first beam and relative movement of the second beam is effected by at least one flexible operating element. A screen is disposed between the first beam and the second beam which may be of a pleated material.

Abstract: A double-walled curtain of pleated material, wherein at least one fold of pleated material of the one wall is connected by means of two parallel connecting strips (10,11) to one or more folds of the other wall for the forming of a module, whereas the outward facing surfaces of the connecting strips bear co-acting coupling means, said modules being adapted to be extruded, whereby the height and width of the curtain can be determined in a simple manner, due to the tubular and endless length of material.

Abstract: A plurality of support bars are provided with at least one of the bars being movable relative to another of the bars. A plurality of separate webs of pleated material are provided with the opposite edges of each of the webs being secured to adjacent bars. A plurality of tensioning cords are provided, each of the cords extending between adjacent bars to support an associated web. Each of the tensioning cords is tensioned by spring means. When the blind is in closed position, the bars are spread apart and the webs are flattened to define a plurality of sections. The outer peripheries of the pleats of each section lie generally in a plane, the plane of each of the sections being disposed at an angle to the plane of an adjacent section so that each of the planes defines a chord of a curve.
