  • Publication number: 20190006142
Abstract: An antenna arrangement on a printed circuit board with at least two magnetic rings and a rectangular ring cross section and lateral magnetic ring surfaces with opposite polarity formed thereby wherein the magnetic ring surfaces are arranged on the printed circuit board with a distance from one another using a spacer, wherein the opposite polarities of the magnetic ring surfaces are oriented towards each other and the central bore holes of the magnetic ring form a pass through bore hole through a bore hole in the spacer. This antenna arrangement is configured for a material detector device which detecting predetermined materials over a distance. The antenna arrangement is infinitely expandable in its operation by increasing the number of the magnetic rings and of the respective spacers. Being compact the antenna arrangement easily integrates into existing devices and can be produced in a cost effective manner.

  • Patent number: 9470643
Abstract: An attachment for a material detector device having a search antenna polarization instrument, where the material detector device has a housing with an antenna surface assigned to a detection direction, having magnets positioned opposite each other with like poles facing each other whose pole surfaces are covered by a tinned copper or oxidized aluminum layer, where the magnets and the copper or aluminum layer have at least one through bore and the magnets can be or are positioned on the housing of the material detector device extending perpendicular to the antenna surface and form a magnetic field space between the magnets in front of the antenna surface, as well as a material detector device having a rectangular housing with such an attachment for improving the reception quality. The result of this attachment is that the acoustic signals which indicate presence or absence are separated from each other more sharply.

This antenna arrangement is configured for a material detector device which facilitates detecting objects made from a predetermined material over a larger distance. Based on its configuration the antenna arrangement is infinitely expandable in its operation by increasing the number of the magnetic rings and of the respective spacers. Due to its low volume the antenna arrangement can be easily integrated into existing devices and can be produced in a cost effective manner.

  • Patent number: 8279123
Abstract: A housing for a search-antenna polarization instrument is formed by two housing shells (2, 3) which are plugged together in an interlocking manner. A depression can be formed on the outside of the housing, as a positioning surface (12 to 16) for an alignment instrument. Furthermore, a direction-finding groove (19, 20, 21) can be formed on a housing wall. One housing wall may also have a respectively rising extremely profile on two opposite ones of its four side edges. This improves the direction-finding accuracy of a search-antenna polarization instrument.

  • Patent number: 4299035
Abstract: Spirit level, whose level element (4) is adjustable relative to the measuring surface (30) by an adjusting device (28) in a locating area (24). The adjusting device (28) has for this purpose at least one set screw (44, 46, 48), whose conical or convex end (42) engages on a conical or convex edge located on a sleeve member (20) surrounding the level element, a supporting member (66, 68, 72, 74) fixed to one end of the level element or to the actual glass body of the level element. A spring member (51, 53) engages on the side of the conical or convex edge (40) facing the contact point with the set screw and serves to limit the magnitude of the adjusting force of the set screw.

  • Patent number: 4023413
Abstract: A device for measuring accelerations, particularly components of accelerations due to gravity comprises a stator having first and second spaced apart electrodes. A deflecting part is suspended between the first and second electrodes and it is displaceable under the influence of gravity in a direction toward one or the other electrodes and in so doing produces an electric signal which is proportional to the displacement amount. The signal is connected to means for indicating the magnitude of displacement as a measure of the acceleration acting upon the device.
