Abstract: The present invention concerns a method for filtering incoming calls intended to be implemented by a device in a vehicle, said device previously having sent an emergency call to an emergency call center that manages the emergency calls and said device being in a state awaiting any incoming calls sent by callers. The method is characterized in that it comprises the following steps: identifying the caller of each new incoming call, if the identified caller is an emergency call center, then a communication between the device and an operator in the emergency call center is established, and the device returns to the state of awaiting any incoming calls at the end of the communication.

Abstract: The present invention concerns a method for controlling access by an equipment for a network of the machine-to-machine type to the resources of a cellular telephony network, said equipment comprising means for wireless communication with another equipment for a machine-to-machine network. The method is characterised in that it comprises the following steps: defining at least one so-called activity time range and at least one so-called inactivity time range, enabling the equipment to access the resources of the cellular telephony network during each activity time range, and preventing the equipment from accessing the resources of the cellular telephony network during each inactivity time range.

Abstract: The present invention concerns the field of communication between a server and target devices not connected to a communications network. The context of use is typically the management of a fleet of devices by an operator. A generic mobile application is described, for relaying messages between these non-connected devices and a management server. This application is intended to operate on a mobile terminal hold by a person moving close to the equipment. The terminal and the equipment are provided with point to point communication means. The terminal communicates with the management server when it is located within range of a communication network. The application makes it possible to store and resend the messages between the moment when the terminal is connected to the communications network and the moment when the terminal is connected to the equipment.
