  • Patent number: 11893608
Abstract: A method may be used to predict a business' category by analyzing the business' vendors. A neural network architecture may be trained via supervised learning to predict categories for businesses based on listed vendors. The neural network may be used to classify uncategorized businesses within an accounting software database. A list of factors associated with a business' success may be generated by analyzing, aggregating and ranking factors determined to be relevant to a business based on its categorization. The factors associated with the business' success may be related to the products and/or services offered by the business and the format of which those products and/or services are offered by the business. The factors may also be related to the products and/or services purchased by the business from a vendor and the format of which those products and/or services are purchased from the vendor.

  • Publication number: 20230410212
Abstract: Matching validation includes obtaining a candidate match between a target entity and a candidate application user and filtering multiple transaction records of multiple application users to obtain a subset of the transaction records each involving a transaction with the target entity. The application users exclude the candidate application user. Matching validation further includes determining, for each transaction record in the subset, whether a matching transaction record exists in multiple candidate users transaction records of the candidate application user, and validating the candidate match when at least a threshold amount of transaction records in the subset has the matching transaction record in the candidate users transaction records.

  • Publication number: 20230351172
Abstract: A method including receiving first and second natural language texts. A distance metric is generated from the first and second natural language texts. A first machine learning system is executed, the first machine learning system taking, as a first input, the distance metric and generating, as a first output, a first probability that the first natural language text matches the second natural language text. A second machine learning system is executed, the second machine learning system taking as a second input the first natural language text and as a third input the second natural language text, and generating, as a second output, a second probability that the first natural language text matches the second natural language text. A third probability that the first natural language text matches the second natural language text is generated. Generating includes combining the first probability and the second probability.

  • Publication number: 20230054609
Abstract: Systems and methods for predicting a future status of an entity using a recurrent neural network are described. A system is configured to obtain a first time series data associated with a first entity. The system is also configured to predict, by a recurrent neural network, a future equity status of the first entity based on the time series data. The system is also configured to provide an indication of the future equity status of the first entity, with the future equity status of the first entity to be indicated to a user. An equity status may be a cash status of an entity, and predicting the cash status of the first entity can be based on time series of a plurality of features associated with the first entity provided to the recurrent neural network. The recurrent neural network may be a long short-term memory network.

  • Patent number: 11551282
Abstract: This disclosure provides systems, methods and apparatuses for recommending items to users of a recommendation system. In some implementations, the recommendation system determines a plurality of contribution values based on interactions between a plurality of users and a plurality of items. Each of the plurality of contribution values represents a confidence level that a respective user prefers a respective item. The recommendation system further determines a capacity of each of the plurality of items. The capacity of each item represents a maximum number of users to which the item can be recommended. The recommendation system recommends one or more items of the plurality of items to each of the plurality of users based at least in part on the plurality of contribution values and the capacities of the plurality of items.

  • Publication number: 20220277249
Abstract: Certain aspects of the present disclosure provide methods, processing systems, and computer-readable mediums for benchmarking based on company vendor data. Transactions identifying vendors are received for a group of companies whose industry is known. For each identified vendor, a vendor embedding is generated in the form of a vector representing a distribution of transactions for the vendor across industries represented by the companies. For each company, a company embedding is generated in the form of a vector representing an aggregation of vendor embeddings from vendors with which the company has had a transaction. The company embeddings are then clustered using an unsupervised clustering method such as k-Means clustering. For a new company, a company embedding is generated and correlated to the appropriate cluster. Based on the cluster correlated to the new company, data is generated from other companies in the cluster that may be used to benchmark the new company.

Abstract: A method may include generating, using a flow proportionalized graph, scores for platform sellers of an online platform. The flow proportionalized graph may include nodes corresponding to the platform sellers and buyers, and edges each connecting a buyer node corresponding to a buyer initiating a monetary transfer and a platform seller node corresponding to a platform seller receiving the monetary transfer. Each edge may have a weight that is a proportion of total monetary transfers by the buyer received by the platform seller. The method may further include matching, using the scores and a seller similarity metric, a non-platform seller with a platform seller, receiving a scenario for the platform seller to sell an item of the non-platform seller via the online platform, and generating a prediction regarding an outcome of the scenario by applying a model to scenarios.
