Abstract: The invention comprises an Internet based employment information computer network comprising at least one server and a database that utilizes a web service software system for transmission of employment candidate information from the database to an employer network. In one embodiment, the network further comprising resumes, photos or videos entered on the network database by employment candidates. In another embodiment, a website may be linked to a computer network and comprise at least one server and a database containing employment related information of at least one candidate and the database is searchable from remote computers and each employment candidate has a personalized profile URL or email address to receive messages or questions.
