The compositions of the present invention may be used to treat a variety of disorders including, but not limited to, panic attacks, muscle spasms, anxiety, and seizures. In one aspect, the present invention relates to a fast-acting, clonazepam composition for transnasal administration that can be used for the treatment of seizure clusters.
