The conductive structure is located on a side of the substrate. The first planarization layer covers the conductive structure and extending from a display area to a non-display area. The cathode layer is located on a side of the pixel definition layer away from the substrate. The display panel further includes a first spacing groove located in the non-display area and penetrating through the second definition layer and the pixel definition layer. A boundary of the cathode layer falls into the first spacing groove.
