    Abstract: An electric toothbrush head includes a brush rod, a swing arm, and a tufted block with bristles; the tufted block is movably and limitingly mounted in the housing cavity of the brush rod; the swing arm is mounted in the mounting chamber of the brush rod and is linked to the tufted block; the bottom of the housing cavity is equipped with a rotating shaft, and the bottom of the tufted block is equipped with a rotating hole; guide protrusions are set on both side walls of the tufted block, and the housing cavity is provided with a mounting slot and a guide groove corresponding to the mounting slot to guide the up, down, left, and right movement of the tufted block. The electric toothbrush head achieves vertical and horizontal movement of the tufted block through the cooperation of the guide protrusions and the guide grooves.

The markers are partial methylated regions in the four genes of CDO1, CELF4, HAND2 and HS3ST2. Detection primers and probes are designed for these methylated regions and to have clasp structures. The kit includes the aforementioned primers and probes. The present invention screens and combines multiple methylated regions to determine the most suitable methylated position for combined diagnosis, which can significantly improve the sensitivity and specificity of the detection for early endometrial cancer. The kit is especially suitable for early screening and diagnosis of endometrial cancer with cervical exfoliated cells as a sample. Even if the DNA template concentration is low, endometrial cancer can be detected. The kit has the advantages of non-invasive sampling, fast detection speed, higher sensitivity and specificity, etc.

A sealing member surrounding the rotating shaft is arranged at the rotating shaft extending position of the outer surface of the casing. The sealing member extends from the outer surface of the casing of the motor to the transmission connection member, and a gap between the inside of the sealing member and the rotating shaft constitutes a first cavity. A second cavity is formed between the sealing member and a sleeving cavity of the transmission connection member.
