  • Publication number: 20120189489
Abstract: A complex metal oxide catalyst having a composition including about 5 to about 75 wt % of manganese (Mn); about 5 to about 55 wt % of copper (Cu); and about 3 to about 60 wt % of an active compound, based on a total weight of the complex metal oxide catalyst. The complex metal oxide catalyst has excellent low-temperature activity and improved catalyst efficiency so as to be repeatedly used, and thus is effectively used in a filter module and an air cleaner.

  • Patent number: 7246892
Abstract: An improved inkjet printer ink cartridge is provided having a print head unit and a housing. The print head unit has a head chip in which a nozzle hole is formed to fire ink onto paper, and a flexible circuit board for transceiving signals with a printer system. The housing has a receiving part at the bottom thereof to receive the print head unit, and an ink chamber disposed therein, the receiving part having an ink feed hole including a dam on its circumference, and a secondary dam of the same height as the dam. Accordingly, when attaching the print head unit into the housing print head receiving part, the print head unit is prevented from being slanted. Further, problems from heat stress when an adhesive is heat cured, such as a membrane crack, or a circuit wire or conductive path breaking, are minimized.

  • Publication number: 20060125893
Abstract: An inkjet cartridge and a method of fabricating the same. The inkjet cartridge includes a cartridge body to store ink therein, a head attached to the cartridge body to eject the ink stored in the cartridge body externally, a flexible printed circuit board attached to the cartridge body to be electrically connected to the head, a sealant to seal a electrical connection portion of the head and the flexible printed circuit board, and a surface treatment portion which is locally surface-treated on the flexible printed circuit board. Since the flexible printed circuit board, at which the sealant is applied, is locally surface-treated, an area and a height of a profile of the sealant applied formed on the flexible printed circuit board are controlled to have a small size.

  • Patent number: 6739711
Abstract: An ink cartridge including an ink storage chamber in which ink is stored, a cover to cover the upper portion of the ink storage chamber and a head to eject ink droplets in the ink storage chamber onto a recording medium, wherein the cover includes an inner cover to cover the upper portion of the ink storage chamber and an outer cover that seals the ink storage chamber and the inner cover, and is positioned at a predetermined distance above the inner cover. Also provided are plates to form zigzag air passages by blocking a space between the inner cover and the outer cover. With the ink cartridge according to the present invention, it is possible to satisfactorily suppress the backward flow of ink contained in an ink storage chamber due to overheating of or careless treatment of the ink cartridge. Even if ink flows backward from the ink storage chamber, it is stored in an ink storage space, thus preventing the clogging of an air passage.

  • Patent number: 6623092
Abstract: An ink cartridge using separate magnets is provided. The ink cartridge includes an ink container, which includes first and second chambers separated by a vertical partition formed therewithin for containing ink, and a head for ejecting the ink in the ink container onto a printing medium in the form of droplets. The first chamber includes a sponge filling most of the inside of the first chamber, a filter provided on a bottom portion of the sponge, and an ink supply pipe for supplying the ink which has passed through the filter to the head. The second chamber includes a magnet float floating on the ink in the second chamber and including a first magnet in its inside, and a second magnet provided in the bottom surface of the second chamber. The ink cartridge includes a magnet sensor for detecting a magnetic flux having at least a predetermined level when the magnet float contacts the second magnet.
