  • Publication number: 20210054203
Abstract: The invention relates to curable compositions based on curable polymers containing a special capped adhesion promoter, and optionally a curing catalyst. These compositions have improved adhesion properties and excellent storage stability. The invention also relates to the uses thereof.

  • Patent number: 10851272
Abstract: The invention relates to a two-component polyurethane adhesive containing i) a polyol component including a mixture of three different polyols to ensure crosslinking for a mechanically stable adhesive bonding, and also to achieve hydrophobia to ensure that the crosslinked adhesive layer is impervious to moisture, and glass fibers, and ii) an isocyanate component containing polyisocyanates in an NCO/OH ratio of 0.9:1 to 1.5:1. The polyol component further includes a metal catalyst. The two-component adhesive has a high adhesive strength, a high glass temperature, a low curing time and a sufficiently long processing time, which can adhesively bond also substrates having uneven surfaces. The invention further relates to an article comprising the two-component polyurethane adhesive.

  • Publication number: 20180051196
Abstract: The invention relates to a two-component adhesive on the basis of polyurethanes, having a high adhesive strength, a high glass temperature, a low curing time and a sufficiently long processing time, which can adhesively bond also substrates having uneven surfaces. The invention further relates to the use of the two-component adhesive for the adhesive bonding of molded fiber parts, such as, for example, wing half-shells of rotor blades for wind power plants.
