Abstract: A residue-compacting container with disinfection system is described that includes a vertically displaceable structure, a lid and a bag, the structure comprising a chassis internally supporting a sealed container and has, vertically fixed on both sides, a lower lateral structure; two lower lateral structures, each formed by cylinders, a steel cable, a spring and a telescopic pipe; two upper lateral structures with a handle; and a sealed container formed by a lower cylindrical body and an upper cylindrical body; the container lid is located over the chassis and moves along the two upper lateral structures, has a hermetic sealing resin and contains mechanical elements for sterilizing and compacting the residues contained inside a bag, which is located inside the sealed container.

Abstract: The invention relates to a cartridge (1) for recycling medical waste, which includes a body (2) of recyclable material with a closed shape, the inner structure of which is divided into multiple compartments that define chambers (3) closed by each one of the ends thereof, with axes that are parallel to one another and to the axis of the cartridge (1) and a heat-shrinkable plastic material (4) which covers the cartridge (1) at least on the sides. Abstract: The invention relates to a device which is used to destroy sharp, pointed objects and which is provided with means for automatically unscrewing injecting needles and similar. The inventive device comprises a tube (2) containing two motors or a toothed wheel which is actuated by a saw-toothed part which, by sliding along the toothed wheel, causes said toothed wheel to rotate. In turn, the toothed wheel causes gears to move which force two solid cylindrical contacts to rotate. In this way, the needle is destroyed by means of friction and the flow of an electric current. Moreover, said device comprises a conduit therein which is used to evacuate the gases produced by the fusion of the needle without requiring the use of ventilators or any other forced air system. The device also comprises another tube which is used to separate the screw-type needle of a syringe as part of the needle destruction operation.
