    Abstract: A prefabricated superimposed recycled lump concrete slab includes a fresh concrete, demolished concrete lumps, and a reinforcement fabric at a lower part of the slab. The demolished concrete lumps can protrude from the fresh concrete, but a protruding height is no more than 25 mm, and the protruding height is controlled by assembling molds. The assembling molds comprise casting molds and a height-controlling cover plate, reinforcement-locating slots are reserved on side molds of the casting molds, and a vertical position of the height-controlling is determined by using screws, position-controlling nuts and gaskets of different thicknesses, which are located at four corners of the casting molds. A construction method of the prefabricated superimposed recycled lump concrete slab is also provided.

    Abstract: A regenerated block concrete prefabricated laminated slab includes a new concrete, waste concrete blocks, and a steel bar mesh on a bottom of the slab. The waste concrete blocks can protrude out from a surface part of the new concrete, but a protruding height is no more than 25 mm, and the protruding height is limited by an assembling die. The assembling die comprises a casting die and a height-limiting cover plate, a side die of the casting die is reserved with a steel bar positioning hole, and a vertical position of the height-limiting cover plate is positioned at four corners of the casting die through screws, limiting nuts and gaskets of different thicknesses. A manufacturing process of the regenerated block concrete prefabricated laminated slab is also provided.

    Abstract: A method of construction process of a reinforced compound concrete beam containing demolished concrete lumps comprising following steps. Form an I-shaped steel member with a discontinuous top flange by welding a bottom flange plate, a web and two steel plates. Set up a bottom die of the reinforced compound concrete beam. After hoisting the I-shaped steel member with the discontinuous top flange in position, bind longitudinal bars, waist bars and stirrups, and finally set up a side die. (2) Wet the demolished concrete lumps, pour the fresh concrete with a thickness of 20-30 mm inside a cavity formed by the bottom die and the side die, and then put a layer of the wet demolished concrete lumps in a gap between the two steel plates. The two steel plates are two rectangle steel plates or two trapezoid steel plates. Stir artificially so that the demolished concrete lumps are uniformly distributed inside the cavity formed by the bottom die and the side die.

The recycled compound concrete beam saves steel, fully uses the demolished concrete lumps, and is convenient to construct.
