  • Patent number: 11233769
Abstract: For data flow traffic in an IoTSP system, for example, a gateway is provided with data flow rules, one or more of the data flow rules being a receiving rule defining at least what incoming data will be accepted and one or more of the data flow rules being a publishing rule defining at least what data to send to one or more other computing devices acting as gateways in the system. The one or more receiving rules are applied to incoming data, and the one or more publishing rules to stored and processed data to cause sending one or more pieces of the data in response to a condition in a publishing rule being fulfilled.

  • Patent number: 10146945
Abstract: The invention relates to a central data collection apparatus. The central data collection apparatus comprises an interface for receiving data relating to devices arranged at a plurality of different installation sites. A data storage stores the data received via the interface. A data distributor is configured to receive a request for data regarding a specific device identified in the request from a user equipment, to access the user credential storage for determining the access rights of the, to determine what, parts of the data regarding the identified device the user is authorized to receive and to allow the user equipment to access the part of the data the user is authorized to access.

  • Patent number: 9342805
Abstract: Exemplary systems and methods are directed to automated performance of a plant process in a control system included in a production management system. The control system including a processor that is configured with integration model code for executing an integration model. The processor is configured to integrate various software systems by establishing a connection to an enterprise resource planning system and exchange information between the plant process and a business process such that production data are received from the processes substantially in real time and an updated status of a production order is received continuously. The integration model includes placeholders associated with variables for at least one of events, devices and plants, placeholders associated with functions to be executed, functionalities which link the variables and call up the functions, mappings of parameters between the software systems to be linked, and requests for loading information from one software system to another.

  • Patent number: 8219236
Abstract: A method for creating a cutting plan for a strip-like material for maximizing a quality yield of the process is invented. In the method a cutting plan for a strip-like material is made based on end-product data, and the strip-like material is driven at a production speed in a manufacturing machine or in a finishing machine, and strip length data is recorded. A chart of the strip-like material characteristics is generated and stored in a memory. The recorded strip length data and the chart of the strip-like material characteristics is calibrated with calibration data in a winding process, and during a set change in the winding process the cutting plan for the strip-like material is optimized for maximizing a quality yield of the process based on the end-product data and the calibrated chart of the strip-like material characteristics, and a revised cutting plan is created from the optimization result.
