Abstract: A display apparatus and a control method thereof are provided. The display apparatus includes: a signal receiver which receives an input signal corresponding to a user's input, from at least one of a plurality of input devices receiving the user's input; a display unit which displays thereon information on the plurality of input devices; and a controller which identifies whether the plurality of input devices are capable of receiving the user's input, and displays on the display unit connection information displaying at least one of the plurality of input devices which is capable of receiving the user's input. Accordingly, information on a plurality of input devices which are capable of controlling the display apparatus are displayed on the apparatus.

The integrated digital television provides menus through an option setting unit to select whether to search the frequency bandwidths where the analog broadcasting signals are transmitted, and if a selection is made on the menus for an item of ‘no-search’ for the frequency bandwidths of the analog broadcasting signals, the integrated digital television searches only the frequency bandwidths at which the digital broadcasting signals are transmitted. As a result, storing and shifting channels can be performed efficiently.

Abstract: Disclosed are a video processing apparatus and method. The apparatus includes: a video processing unit; an information storage unit storing video information on a video signal and channel information on a plurality of channels corresponding to the video information; a signal evaluating unit evaluating receiving quality of the video signal; and a controller controlling the video processing unit, if the receiving quality of the video signal in the channel selected by a user is less than a predetermined value, to process the video signal of another channel having the same video information as the selected channel based on the channel information stored in the information storage unit.
