  • Publication number: 20240133197
Abstract: This invention provides a different way to build habitable structures that are quick to erect, cost effective, easily expandable, and are in compliance with most building codes. Instead of stick framing a structure on site, this invention uses modular self-supporting box frames to build a structure by placing the box frames next to each other. The box frames have openings on all sides and are easily attached to each other. The outside openings are closed in with door and window panels, making a good dwelling unit that is easily expandable by adding more box frames to the structure. The box-frame is collapsible to make transportation easier, with all panels shipped flat. The panels for the box-fames are built at a factory, then shipped to and erected on site. This saves a lot on time and cost of construction.

  • Publication number: 20210139099
Abstract: This invention contains different designs of ski, snowboard, and wheel supports that attach to an existing bicycle frame. The ski and wheel supports are interchangeable. This allows easy transformation of a bicycle to a ski bike, snowboard bike, electric bike, or pedal bike. Rider simply attaches the desired ski/wheel supports, depending on the activity desired. The brake and gear controls are easily changed out by replacing the entire steering bar. It saves people the necessity of buying and storing three different types of bikes. The bikes are also light weight and easily transported on the bike rack or lift.

  • Publication number: 20140191482
Abstract: The 3-ski snow bike designs transform bicycles into 3-ski snow bikes that can be used for downhill and cross country snow biking. It consists of a bicycle frame with 1 permanent front ski instead of the front wheel and 2 detachable rear skis on each side. The 2 rear skis provide good snow bike stability while the short front ski allows for easy maneuverability. These 3-ski designs are adaptable to most types of bicycles with pedals and rear wheel of bicycle attached and used to move the 3-ski snow bike cross country, or removed for downhill snow biking. The steering bar in addition to controlling the turns with the front ski can be used to move the 2 rear skis up/down, enabling the snow bike to lean during turns, or the rear skis can move freely for easier control on steep slopes.
