  • Patent number: 9638275
Abstract: A brake calliper has two arms, each including a housing and a stub. A member for guiding a disc brake pad is disposed in the housing, and is secured by lugs to a front of the stub. The member includes a body having a U-shaped section formed by an inner radial surface, a base, an outer radial surface, and includes a tongue that extends beyond an edge of the body, and that is configured to be hooked in the housing and to fully lock the member in the arm. An inner side of the body is bordered by an inner front supporting surface disposed against an inner surface of the arm. An outer front supporting surface is disposed against the front of the stud, extends into a hairpin damper spring extending towards the front of the stud, and is bordered on each side by a tongue that form side end-stops.

  • Patent number: 9574628
Abstract: A radial spring for a disk brake pad and brake pads and brakes provided with such radial springs, in which the radial spring is for the lug of a brake pad. The spring includes a clamp and a supporting loop. The clamp is formed of a straight arm, an undulating bottom, and an arm in the shape of a Z, followed by the loop connected by a bend, followed by a bend with a large radius of curvature connected to the pad terminated by a turn that is almost at a right angle to the extremity of the pad.

  • Patent number: 9217480
Abstract: A disc brake pad includes lugs, each of which is provided with a groove that receives the tongue of a coiled spring disposed in a housing in the brake yoke. The aforementioned groove has an essentially mixtilinear rectangular section, of which the base is formed in cross-section by a central portion in the form of a convex root face forming a support extending on each side into a fillet recessed from the supporting plane. The fillet joins the respective side of the groove behind the supporting plane.

  • Patent number: 6129485
Abstract: The invention relates to a seal between a side face of a first part (11) and an application face (10), the seal being made of a compressible profiled lining (1) and being comprised of an internal portion (2) sealingly fixed to the first part (11) and an external portion (3) bearing on the application face (10). According to the invention, in its original condition prior to setting the seal on the first part (11), the external portion (3) of the liner (1) is provided with at least one profile tongue (4) housed inside at least one longitudinal groove (5) provided in said external portion (3) and opening on the side of the application face (10), said tongue (4) being fixed to the internal face (50) of said groove (5) in an easily detachable way so as to be able to suppress and eventually replace the tongue (4) at least on a portion of the length of the liner (1) in order to vary the compressibility degree of the liner on the corresponding length.
