  • Patent number: 10558980
Abstract: Systems, methods, and computer program products for an On-Line Transaction Processing (OLTP) system. Payment and merchant information is stored in a database record for each product in a set of products from multiple suppliers. In response to receiving a request to refund products in the set, the OLTP system may determine the merchant, a number of payments, and the amount of each payment for each product being refunded based on the payment and merchant information in the database record, and trigger payments between the supplier, seller, and buyer. In response to detecting an error, the OLTP system may store a status of the refund processing in the database record and queue the transaction for processing by a call center. In response to receiving a restart request, the OLTP system may retrieve the status data from the database record and restart processing of the refund based on the status data.

  • Publication number: 20180232793
Abstract: Systems, methods, and computer program products for enhancing a meta-search engine. In response to one of the results generated by the meta-search engine being selected for purchase via the meta-search engine, and to a fulfillment request including data associated with a first payment form and the selected result being received, the meta or the seller of the product included in the selected result is selected as a merchant. Furthermore, a settlement office is determined that is remote from the meta-search engine. Thereafter, while logged into the settlement office, an electronic record is generated that includes second payment data associated with the fulfillment request and one or more financial items. The first payment form is processed based on the merchant determination, and thereafter, a data feed including the one or more financial items is transmitted to the meta.

  • Patent number: 10032230
Abstract: Methods, systems, and computer program products for auditing of transactions involving the sale of travel services by an indirect seller. An auditing module receives data defining a transaction proposed by the indirect seller. The module compares a quoted price for the transaction to a correct price for the transaction to determine if there is a pricing discrepancy. If a discrepancy exists, the module classifies the transaction and searches a business rules database maintained by a travel service provider for business rules relevant to the classification. The audit module further queries a historical sales deviation database to retrieve seller history data, and selects the relevant business rule having the best match to the seller history data. The audit module then determines whether to allow or block the transaction, issue a warning, or suggest an Agency Debit Memo based on an action defined by the business rule having the best match.

  • Publication number: 20160321344
Abstract: Systems, methods, and computer program products that utilize a database of flexible pricing records. A processor may generate data representative of pricing components and may also assigns relationships to the pricing components such that each pricing component is linked by one of the relationships with a different pricing component or with a total price. The pricing components and the total price may form a hierarchal arrangement based upon the relationships. The processor may build a flexible pricing record for the database based on the data representing the pricing components and the relationships.
