  • Publication number: 20180124062
Abstract: An enterprise security system for controlling access of users to sensitive information content in an organization is provided herein. The system includes a processor and a memory. The system includes a classify module configured to classify sensitive information content into types of sensitive information content. The enterprise security system further includes a rules module configured to construct rules for mapping each user's request for each type of sensitive information content into one of three outcomes, the outcomes include ‘allow’, ‘block’, and ‘allow if reason’. The system further includes a map module configured to receive a user's request for a type of sensitive information content, and map the user's request into one of the three outcomes, based on the rules constructed. The system further includes an access module configured to allow access to the user to the type of sensitive information content, based on the one of the three outcomes.

  • Patent number: 6514754
Abstract: Various genes of herpes virus of turkeys (HVT), Marek's disease virus (MDV) and infectious laryngotracheitis virus (ILTV) have been identified as non-essential regions (and candidates for insertion sites for foreign genes) and/or as antigen-encoding regions. The former include the HVT homologue of the HSV (herpes simplex virus) gC gene, the TE (thymidine kinase) region of MDV or ILTV, ORF3 of ILTV (as defined herein), the ribonucleotide reductase (large subunit) gene of ILTV, MDV or HVT and the ribonucleotide reductase (small subunit) gene of MDV. The antigen-encoding regions include the HVT homologues of the HSV gB, gC and gH genes, the ILTV homologue of HSV gB, ORF2 of ILTV, and the HVT homologue of the HSV-1 immediate early genes IE-175 and IE-68. Manipulation of these genes allows vaccines to be prepared comprising attenuated virus or virus carrying heterologous antigen-encoding sequences.

  • Patent number: 6100088
Abstract: A vaccine effective against Marek's disease virus (MDV) comprises (a) an MDV attenuated by virtue of being TK- or (b) a host expressing an MDV antigen, namely the respective MDV homologues of the HSV gB, gC, gD or gH glycoproteins (or antigenic parts thereof) or the respective MDV homologues of the HSV-1 immediate early genes IE-68 or IE-175. The host may be a herpes virus of turkeys (HVT), more particularly HVT in which the MDV antigen is inserted in the HVT homologue of the HSV gC gene, the ribonucleotide reductase (large subunit) gene or the thymidine kinase (TK) gene.
