Abstract: A method of forming a liquid hydrocarbon product comprising: providing a feed gas of carbon, hydrogen and oxygen to generate a syngas, the syngas comprising carbon monoxide, hydrogen and steam; cooling the syngas to form an aqueous condensate and a water-depleted syngas, the aqueous condensate having a carbon-containing gas dissolved therein; stripping the aqueous condensate with steam to transfer carbon-containing gas from the aqueous condensate to the steam to thereby form a stripped aqueous condensate and a first stripper effluent steam; passing the water-depleted syngas to a Fischer-Tropsch unit to form a liquid hydrocarbon product and a co-produced water, the co-produced water having carbon-containing substances dissolved therein; stripping the co-produced water to transfer carbon-containing substances to the first stripper effluent steam to thereby form a stripped co-produced water and a second stripper effluent steam; and recycling the second stripper effluent steam into the feed gas.

When a mobile device of a second user located within the generated geo-fenced area is detected and the second user is determined to be one of the message recipients, the message from the message stream is transmitted to the detected mobile device of the second user.

Floating the device (1) on a liquid such as bath water causes the liquid to contact the first (A) and second (B) ingredients, whereby the volatile substance is released from the first ingredient (A) preferably in the form of a vapour or steam, while the second ingredient (B) is dissolved into the liquid. A preferred application is as a bathing implement or a product for toilet hygiene.

Abstract: A system and method ensures that the wet lines of a bottom loading petroleum cargo tank remain free of hazardous liquid during transit. The system and method continuously monitor and automatically purge liquid that collects in the wet lines during transit, for example from a leaking emergency valve. The system includes a liquid sensor positioned at a low point in the wet line, a low pressure purge controller in electrical communication with the liquid sensor and a solenoid valve in electrical communication with the purge controller. The system further includes a one-way flow valve in flow communication with the solenoid valve and the wet line. The solenoid valve is also in flow communication with an external source of compressed gas, such as the air system of the cargo tank or an auxiliary air supply. Preferably, the system further includes a remote warning indicator for indicating to the operator of the cargo tank that a particular wet line is leaking excessively.
