    Abstract: A dispenser has a pump assembly with a housing (16) containing a pump (18,19) reciprocatably driven by a pump head (12) to pump liquid from the inlet to the outlet (45) of the pump. A spout (28) extends from the housing (16) and has a dispenser outlet (26). Due to the reciprocation of the pump (18,19) the pump outlet (45) moves relative to the dispenser outlet and to permit such movement they are interconnected by a flexible tube (24). The dispenser may also have a container for containing the liquid to be dispensed.
