  • Publication number: 20240183489
Abstract: A system for counterbalancing a weight force of an object is provided. The object is fastenable to a traction cable, wherein the traction cable is guided in or on a cantilever in the direction of a back structure of the system, wherein a second end of the cantilever can be accommodated by a back structure, and the system can be carried by a user of the system via the back structure. The system is characterized by an electronic module which includes an apparatus for winding up the traction cable and a motor for driving the apparatus for winding up the traction cable, wherein the system is configured to determine a counterforce for the weight force of the object and to transmit same to the object. It is particularly preferred for the purposes of the invention that a control device of the system is configured to adjust a counterforce with respect to the weight force of the object.

  • Publication number: 20230338179
Abstract: A device for providing a supporting force for a user's upper extremity. The device includes a supporting device, an arm strut, a rotary joint that connects the supporting device to the arm strut, a spring element that provides the supporting force where the supporting force is provided in a first mode and a second mode, a connecting element where the spring element is disposed between the supporting device and the connecting element, and a force transmission element that has a first end and a second end and is guidable about the connecting element. The first end is attached to a first suspension point on the supporting device in the first mode and the second end is attached to a second suspension point on the arm strut in the first mode. The first and second ends are attached to the second suspension point in the second mode.

  • Publication number: 20230330830
Abstract: A device for receiving a hand-held power tool is provided. The device can serve as an interface between the hand-held power tool and a support or carrying structure and comprises a first and a second fastening means and a counter structure. With the interface it is possible to optimally adapt the suspension of the hand-held power tool to the center of gravity of the hand-held power tool. In addition, the interface can be adapted to different hand-held power tools or types of hand-held power tools by an adjustable distance between the first fastening means and the counter structure or an adjustable diameter of the counter structure. In further aspects, the invention relates to the use of the interface for fastening a hand-held power tool to a support structure, and to a corresponding method.

  • Publication number: 20230149245
Abstract: An exoskeleton for supporting an arm of a user includes a torso attachment device, a bracket which is connectable to the torso attachment device, a lifting rod which is connectable to the torso attachment device via the bracket and which is reversibly movable in a first direction and a second direction relative to the bracket, a cantilever for supporting the arm of the user which is releasably connectable to the arm of the user, a ratchet mechanism that connects a first end of the lifting rod to a first end of the cantilever, and a blocking device. The ratchet mechanism is adjustable by the blocking device from a release position into a blocking position where, in the release position, the cantilever is pivotable relative to the lifting rod and where, in the blocking position, a pivoting movement of the cantilever relative to the lifting rod is blocked.

  • Publication number: 20220062022
Abstract: An exoskeleton for supporting an arm of a user includes a torso attachment device for releasably connecting the exoskeleton to a torso of the user, a bracket which is connectable to the torso attachment device, a lifting rod which is connectable to the torso attachment device via the bracket and which is reversibly movable in a first direction and a second direction relative to the bracket, a cantilever for supporting the arm of the user which is releasably connectable to the arm of the user, and a ratchet mechanism. The ratchet mechanism connects a first end of the lifting rod to a first end of the cantilever where the ratchet mechanism allows rotation of the cantilever in a first direction of rotation and blocks rotation of the cantilever in a second direction of rotation.

  • Publication number: 20220031551
Abstract: A device for supporting at least one arm of a user, has one or more arm support elements, each of which has an arm shell for mounting on an arm. Passive actuator(s) are configured to exert a force on an arm support element by way of which an upward movement of the arm in the arm shell is supported when the device is in the mounted state. The device includes at least one counter bearing for the force to be applied, and at least one actuating element, the actuation of which allows the actuator to be moved into a first state where the actuator exerts the force on the at least one arm support element, and into a second state in which it exerts a smaller or no force on the arm support element.
