  • Patent number: 11888285
Abstract: A low numerical aperture fiber output diode laser module, which having several independent diode lasers, and collimated and converged the light beam, for the coupling the light to the core optical fiber with a core diameter of 105 um and a numerical aperture of 0.12. Compared with general products with a numerical aperture of 0.22, the light output angle is reduced to 55%, and use a general blue laser diode for verification. Use an optical software for facilitating the design and optimization of the parameters of the optical lens module.

  • Patent number: 11411899
Abstract: A first invite message including a parent device identifier assigned to a parent device is received. The first invite message refers to an incoming call or an outgoing call. The incoming call or the outgoing call are then routed between a parent telephony application server (TAS) allocated to the parent device and a child TAS allocated to a child device. In some cases, the child device is a mobile child device that is registered with an Internet Protocol (IP) multimedia subsystem (IMS) network using a unique identifier that is associated with a child device identifier assigned to the mobile child device. The parent TAS is able to store the child device identifier and the child TAS is able to store the parent device identifier.

  • Publication number: 20120082176
Abstract: A packaging method for forming a conduction cooled package (CCP) laser is provided and includes soldering a semiconductor laser device on the first heat spreader; and then bonding the first heat spreader on the second spreader via an Al/Ni nano-laminated foil. Moreover, a CCP laser is also provided herein.

  • Publication number: 20070247728
Abstract: An optical unit of a laser module is installed at front end of a laser diode of a drive circuit board. The optical unit includes a sleeve that is integrally injection molded from plastic material. Moreover, an optical lens is formed at the top of the sleeve. The inner wall of the sleeve is provided with a focus adjusting slope facing the laser diode. In this way, the problems of the prior art with respect to the high material and assembly cost can be resolved by the invention. In other words, the invention ensures the simplification of elements and the reduction of material and assembly cost.

  • Publication number: 20060284305
Abstract: A packaging base for semiconductor elements is made of metal powder selected from the group consisting of cupper (Cu), iron (Fe), wolfram (W), molybdenum (Mo), aluminum (Al), indium (In), and gallium (Ga) or from an alloy of combinations thereof. A heat sink is integrally formed by metallurgical injection molding process. A fixing mount and a protection mount are positioned on the heat sink, thereby creating a packaging base structure. The protection mount surrounds the fixing mount for protecting semiconductor elements like laser diode dies. The packaging base structure includes a mounting gap for the purpose of an easy installation of the semiconductor elements. In this way, the reduction of the heat-removal capacity caused by the thermal contact resistance of the conventional configuration can be avoided so that the cooling effect can be enhanced. Meanwhile, the fabrication process is simplified.

  • Publication number: 20060285673
Abstract: A method and apparatus for providing control and monitoring of a group of plain old telephone service (POTS) stations from one control station. Incoming calls to the POTS stations are intercepted and the data describing the call is sent to the control station. The control station then provides directions for blocking the call, completing the call to the original POTS destination, or completing the call to another POTS destination. Outgoing calls are also monitored so that the control station maintains an up to date record of which stations are busy and which stations are idle. Advantageously, the control station communicates with the switch serving these POTS stations by analog signals (FSK) and/or DTMF thus overcoming the limitations on distance requirements for digital signaling.
