Abstract: The present disclosure relates to a gasket (100) for electromagnetic shielding, wherein the gasket comprises a first layer (1) and a second layer (2), wherein the electrical resistance of the first layer is lower than the electrical resistance of the second layer, and wherein the permeability of the second layer is higher than the permeability of the first layer. The present disclosure further relates to a method for manufacturing such a gasket.
