Abstract: Disclosed is a confection including a confection body including an upper surface and an opposing lower surface, and at least one upper surface indicium and at least one upper surface non-indicium area disposed at the upper surface, wherein an uppermost extent of the at least one upper surface indicium extends a substantially equal distance from the lower surface as an uppermost extent of the at least one upper surface non-indicium area.

Abstract: A container for retaining one or more inner packets having an outer package having at least a back and a flap, the flap including a first layer and a second layer which are joined along side edges thereof to create a pocket in the flap that is open along only one side, wherein the flap is divided from the back by a fold line; and at least one inner packet slot configured to receive the inner packet, the inner packet slot being defined between the first and second layers of the flap; whereby an opened inner packet can be partially inserted behind the inner packet slot and into the pocket between the first and second layers of the flap of the outer package, so that when the outer package is folded along the fold line, the inner packet is folded against itself and is pinched shut to retain its contents. Methods and blanks are also included.

The closure portion is connected to a body of the dispenser member. A fastening member engages the bracket and the mouth of the container. In a preferred manner the bracket member includes a locking member which is both frictionally connected and welded to the container.

Abstract: A boil-in-bag package for the storage and cooking of food items includes an elongated rectangular shaped bag having an inside and an outside wall, a closed top end and an open bottom end. A handle section is adjacent the top end of the bag section, with the handle section having an upper and a lower portion and a first and second side. The upper portion of the handle section includes an opening sized and shaped for receiving a lifting utensil. A sealing/release mechanism is positioned on the handle section and is configured to releaseably close the open bottom end of the elongated bag section contiguous with the handle section thereby forming a U-shaped package configured to allow a through-flow of fluid between the inside walls of the U-shaped package. The sealing/release mechanism is further configured to allow for the release of the open bottom end from the handle section without contacting the elongated bag section.
