  • Publication number: 20250381986
Abstract: A target trajectory for an automatically driving vehicle is planned using a quality value determined for each object detected in a planning horizon. The quality value specifies a measure for a degree of reliability of the detection of the object. For each object, depending on its quality value, a minimally permissible acceleration is determined with which the vehicle may be braked onto the object. Trajectory candidates and the object costs determined for these are evaluated depending on an acceleration predetermined by the respective trajectory candidate and depending on a minimally permissible acceleration when braking onto the object. A target trajectory is selected depending on trajectory costs from a number of trajectory candidates and additionally taking into consideration the evaluation of the trajectory candidates and the object costs ascertained for these.

  • Publication number: 20240379198
Abstract: An example method detecting a presence of one or more oral anticoagulants or intravenous (IV) direct thrombin inhibitors in a blood sample may include the following operations: receiving parameters that are based on viscoelastic tests; comparing the parameters to predefined threshold values, where the parameters and the predefined threshold values are based on an identity of the one or more oral anticoagulants or the IV direct thrombin inhibitors; and detecting, based on the comparing, the presence of the one or more oral anticoagulants or IV direct thrombin inhibitors in the blood sample. The viscoelastic tests are performed on portions of the blood sample to obtain the parameters. The viscoelastic tests include both a viscoelastic test based on Ecarin activation and a viscoelastic test with low tissue factor activation.

  • Publication number: 20230123418
Abstract: A method for planning a target trajectory for an autonomously operated vehicle to be travelled along involves determining a discrete set of trajectories as candidates for the target trajectory. Each of the trajectories is composed of a plurality of trajectory sections arranged in a row. The planning is based on a selection of one of the trajectories as a target trajectory. The selection is based on evaluation of the trajectories together with predefined cost functions and an identification of the trajectory evaluated as being the most cost effective. An array of sub-trajectories, each having the same location specifications and different dynamics specifications, is associated with each trajectory section, and costs in accordance with the predefined cost functions are associated with the sub-trajectories.
