In one implementation, a diagnostics system receives a description of a home-related issue from a user and identifies a user profile associated with the user. The diagnostics system further determines a complexity associated with resolving the issue and determines the user's ability to perform activities to resolve the issue based on the user profile and the complexity associated with resolving the issue. The diagnostics system then determines a level of support based on the user's ability to perform activities to resolve the issue.
