Abstract: A network node comprises at least one queue for storing received packets, wherein the packets include first packets belonging to at least one first flow and second packets belonging to at least one second flow. A scheduler schedules transmission of the stored packets via at least one network link and extracts the stored packets from the in at least one queue based on the scheduled transmission. A policer marks some of the first packets with a congestion indicator before transmission.
