Abstract: A method by which various stakeholders may interact in order to allocate money funds to certain determined projects through a web portal to a project to be financed by means of credits accumulated with purchases over the Internet in selected e-commerce sites by web users who purchase or want to hand over sums of money, to users who offer projects to be financed through a portal which manages the transactions. The invention also includes a method for offering, through a web portal, projects to be financed by means of credits which accumulate as a result of purchases over the Internet that can offer wide guarantees to the donee that the proposed projects have considerable potential to collect cash funds which will allow the implementation of the proposed projects.
