  • Publication number: 20230002178
Abstract: A feeder device for feeding a stack of value documents to a singler device, and is configured to withdraw individual value documents from the stack. The feeder device includes a stop element having front and back sides; two lateral guide elements provided at the front side of the stop element and configured to guide the stack at two lateral sides of the stack towards the singler device; two support elements, on which the lateral guide elements are mounted; and two or more bearing elements by which the support elements are movably mounted on the stop element to allow the respective positions of the lateral guide elements and/or the distance of the lateral guide elements relative to each other to be changed. The invention further relates to an according method, a singler device, a singler module and a system for processing value documents.

  • Patent number: 10820903
Abstract: A system for treating tissue includes a clip assembly including a pair of clip arms, a proximal end of the clip arms connected to a yoke, the clip assembly movable between a biased tissue receiving configuration and a tissue gripping configuration, the clip arms including a locking mechanism for locking the clip arms in the tissue gripping configuration, and an applicator including a sleeve and a control member extending therethrough, the sleeve extending from a proximal end to a distal end and including a lumen extending therethrough, the control member extending from a proximal end to a distal end configured to be releasably coupled to the yoke to move the clip assembly between the tissue receiving configuration and the tissue gripping configuration, the clip arms being constrained toward the tissue gripping configuration via a surface of the lumen when the clip arms are drawn proximally thereinto.

  • Patent number: 10639126
Abstract: An instrument fixation device includes a retaining ring, a ball joint disposed within and movable relative to the retaining ring, and a locking mechanism. The ball joint defines a channel configured to receive an instrument therethrough. The locking mechanism includes a locking sleeve and a lock. The locking sleeve is at least partially disposed within the retaining ring and engages the outer surface of the ball joint. When the locking mechanism is in an unlocked position, the ball joint is free to move within the retaining ring and when the locking mechanism is in a first locked position, the locking sleeve engages the outer surface of the ball joint to fix the ball joint relative to the retaining ring.

  • Publication number: 20200008864
Abstract: A surgical instrument includes a housing, an elongated member that extends distally from the housing and defines a longitudinal axis, an end effector assembly coupled to a distal portion of the elongated member, and a stopper assembly operably coupled to the proximal portion of the outer shaft member. The stopper assembly is disposed within one or more cavities defined within the housing. The stopper assembly is configured to prevent longitudinal movement of the outer shaft member along the longitudinal axis and to rotate within the one or more cavities upon rotation of the elongated member about the longitudinal axis.

  • Publication number: 20180318551
Abstract: Medical devices and methods for making and using medical devices are disclosed. An example medical device may include a catheter. The catheter may include an elongate shaft having a proximal end, a distal end, and a lumen extending at least partially between the proximal end and the distal end. The shaft may include an inner layer, a reinforcing member, and an outer layer. The outer layer may include a first section positioned adjacent to the proximal end, a second section disposed distally of the first section, a third section positioned distally of the second section, and a fourth section positioned distally of the third section.

  • Publication number: 20170209233
