  • Patent number: 11923817
Abstract: Methods of making packaged surface acoustic wave devices are provided. The method may include forming a photosensitive resin coat over a cavity-defining structure encapsulating a surface acoustic wave device. The photosensitive resin coat may be formed using a spin-coating process, and then patterned to form a desired shape. Portions of the photosensitive resin may be removed from areas near the edge of the die, to facilitate separation of a wafer into individual dies. The method may also include forming a conductive structure using a plating process, where the conductive structure is located between the resin coat and the cavity defining structure. The photosensitive resin can include a phenol resin. The packaged surface acoustic wave devices made using a photosensitive resin coat may be relatively thin, and may have a height of less than 220 micrometers.

  • Patent number: 9251401
Abstract: A method for authenticating a live person subject. The method includes receiving an authentication request from a user, generating a sequence of instructions instructing the user to point a face toward a sequence of facial directions, wherein the sequence of facial directions are randomly generated using a random sequence generation algorithm, presenting the sequence of instructions to the user, capturing, while presenting the sequence of instructions to the user, a sequence of live-captured facial images (LCFIs) based on a pre-determined frame rate, and generating an authentication result identifying the user as the live person subject by at least, matching the sequence of LCFIs to multiple reference facial images of the live person subject and validating each LCFI in the sequence of LCFIs based on a pre-determined criterion.

  • Patent number: 8843517
Abstract: A high speed data storage system including a logical disk that is implemented from disk systems (i.e., physical disk storage devices and associated controllers) that operate at speed lower than the input data rate. The logical disk supports the input data rate by multiplexing streaming data onto multiple physical disk storage devices. The resulting system has a logical read/write speed that is the sum of each of the disks participated in the storage system. Data written onto the data storage system can be retrieved directly, sequentially, or by means of advanced search techniques such as binary search or skip sequential search.

  • Publication number: 20060184511
Abstract: A system that manages semantic network is a medium for objective framework and document repository. An integrated dashboard enables the user to maintain a semantic network as a repository for complex document storage and retrieval. The context of this semantic network offers a foundation for document attestation of complex management reports.

  • Publication number: 20060149810
Abstract: A method and procedure in creating a receipt by a Web server (10) for a Web based transactional application (11) by drawing data (51) from a Web transaction onto a pre-defined template image (FIG. 3B), making the resulting digital image file (FIG. 3D) available to the Web client (16) or e-mail client (19) as a receipt document for the transaction (17).
