  • Patent number: 8403356
Abstract: Provided is a clip structure which can prevent components from falling off an attaching body or an attached body with a simple structure. Further provided is a holding structure for an internal member of a vehicle which can prevent the components from falling off an exterior member or an interior member with a simple structure. A clip assembly (11) includes a first clip having a clip (34) attached to a bracket (25), and a joint (36) as a removable portion connected to the clip 34; and a pin (38) as a second clip connected to the joint (36) and sandwiching a roof head lining (14) between the pin (38) and the joint (36). A holding load (F5) for releasing connection between the clip (34) and the joint (36) is sufficiently small compared to a holding load (F6) for releasing connection between the joint (36) and the pin (38).

  • Patent number: 5782032
Abstract: A coal gasification furnace includes a gasification chamber for producing therein a burnable gas from coal, a burner arranged on a side wall of the gasification chamber so as to inject coal and an oxidizing agent along a peripheral direction of the gasification chamber, a slag cooling chamber provided below the gasification chamber, and a slag tap partitioning the gasification chamber and the slag cooling chamber. The slag tap has a hole formed in a shape whereby the central portion of the hole is generally circular and oppositely directed slits extend outwardly from the central portion of the hole.

  • Patent number: 5755838
Abstract: A coal gasifier has an inner wall surface made by metal of an inlet part of a heat recovery vessel, the inlet part having a inner cooling mechanism, and gas for peeling deposits on the inner wall surface is injected from plural gas injection holes, the injected gas forming a slewing flow and further being intermittently increased. And at least one cooling medium injection nozzle is provided at a side wall in the upper part of a gasification chamber.

  • Patent number: 5725615
Abstract: According to the apparatus and method, combustible gas having a stable composition can be formed even if the load is charged. Burners are provided in the upper and the lower regions of an entrained bed coal gasification reactor. The temperature of the product gas is kept low in the upper region and high in the lower region. The volumes of the upper and lower regions are changed to meet the load so that the rate of heat loss becomes constant even if the load changes. Since the rate of heat loss can be kept constant and consequently variation of the composition of the product gas can be suppressed small, the efficiency of the coal gasification electric power generating system can be kept constant.

  • Patent number: 5432090
Abstract: The invention is to continuously measure the contents of trace ingredients such as alkaline metal contained in combustion gas with high precision. An oxidizer and fuel are supplied into a flue line to form a flame, while a part of the combustion gas is introduced to the flame for inducing light emission. The contents of metal ingredients in the gas are calculated based on the intensity of the emitted light. Since a flame forming device is installed in the flue line without any additional equipment such as a sampling line, and such the contents of trace ingredients in the gas are calculated based on the intensity of the emitted light, the contents of the trace ingredients can be measured with high precision. Quickly responsive monitoring and control are assured.
