Abstract: A kit for assembling an eco-friendlier and more sustainable alternative to traditional candles, which is also versatile and user-friendly. The candle kit disclosed herein is comprised of entirely or mostly natural granulated candle wax and one or more compatible candle wicks supplied together as a set, in a readily biodegradable, and/or recyclable, sturdy packaging box. In one non-limiting embodiment granulated candle wax is poured into an existing container rather than being offered pre-molded and stuck to a candle container like traditional candles. One or more of the wicks included in the product can be inserted directly into the wax particles by the consumer to complete the candle.
