Two opposed air outlets are formed at an end of the first housing member remote from the second housing member. Each air outlet is formed by an outwardly inclined cutout. The cutout is bounded by two inclined sides. An angle A formed by each inclined side and an axial direction of the blower is in the range from 0 to 45 degrees. Radial lines extending from one inclined side of one air outlet and the adjacent inclined side of the other air outlet form an angle B in the range from 15 to 45 degrees.
