  • Publication number: 20240170442
Abstract: When locating a semiconductor die on a substrate, the die is picked up and carried with a die-holding surface of a bonding tool having a protrusion. The protrusion of the bonding tool is configured to be movable between a retracted position within the die-holding surface and an extended position protruding from the die-holding surface. When the protrusion is located in the extended position, the die is bent when the bonding tool is carrying the die. Thereafter, the bonding tool is moved to flatten the die against the substrate while the substrate urges the protrusion to retract from the extended position towards the retracted position.

  • Patent number: 11980271
Abstract: A hair dryer includes a housing having a main air inlet, a main air outlet and a main interior volume between the main air inlet and the main air outlet. The housing has an auxiliary air inlet, an auxiliary air outlet, and an auxiliary interior volume between the auxiliary air inlet and the auxiliary air outlet. The auxiliary air inlet, the auxiliary air outlet and the auxiliary interior volume each are outside of the main interior volume so that the auxiliary air inlet and the auxiliary air outlet are not in communication with the main air inlet and the main air outlet. A first pair of ion emitters are in the main interior volume. A second pair of ion emitters are in the auxiliary interior volume. A fan is upstream of the first pair of ion emitters in the main interior volume, and selectively generates a main airflow through the housing from the main air inlet to the main air outlet. A heater is in the main interior downstream of the fan and upstream of the main air outlet relative to the main airflow.

Abstract: The present disclosure is related to techniques for converting a natural language utterance to a logical form query and deriving a natural language interpretation of the logical form query. The techniques include accessing a Meaning Resource Language (MRL) query and converting the MRL query into a MRL structure including logical form statements. The converting includes extracting operations and associated attributes from the MRL query and generating the logical form statements from the operations and associated attributes. The techniques further include translating each of the logical form statements into a natural language expression based on a grammar data structure that includes a set of rules for translating logical form statements into corresponding natural language expressions, combining the natural language expressions into a single natural language expression, and providing the single natural language expression as an interpretation of the natural language utterance.

  • Publication number: 20240129573
Abstract: A processing system receives a user-generated media recording, and metadata associated with the user-generated feedback, from a first device. The user-generated media recording is a recording of the public end-user captured during a live media broadcast using a public-user interface on the first device. The metadata includes information linking the user-generated media recording to the live media broadcast. The system stores the user-generated media recording and the first metadata in one or more storage devices, and transmits a version of the user-generated media recording and at least a portion of the first metadata to a private-user interface on a second device. The private-user interface is configured to receive input from a private end-user selecting the version of the user-generated media recording for broadcast during the same live media broadcast during which the user-generated media recording was created.
