Abstract: A use of nitrogen-doped carbon fluorescent quantum dots in preparation of aerobic glycolysis detection products is provided. The carbon-nitrogen fluorescent quantum dots are selected from one or more of C3N4 quantum dots, C2N quantum dots, and C3N quantum dots. The aerobic glycolysis detection products are reagents, based on a final volume of the reagents, the reagents comprise the carbon-nitrogen fluorescent quantum dots with a final concentration of 1 ?g/mL-1 mg/mL. The present disclosure realizes fluorescent labeling of NAD+ in living cells using the carbon-nitrogen fluorescent quantum dots, thus achieving fluorescent labeling and imaging of cells having aerobic glycolysis, which has the advantages of low cost, high efficiency, rapidity, and high accuracy.

Abstract: A method for preparing a cementing material by sintering and activating coal gangue is provided. The method includes the following steps: (1) crushing coarse-grained coal gangue to predetermined particle size; (2) fully and evenly mixing the crushed coal gangue, the composite additive and water according to a set proportion, and granulating the obtained mixture; (3) distributing, igniting and exhausting the granulated pellets in the sintering machine to obtain decarburized coal gangue sinter; (4) cooling the decarburized coal gangue sinter in a cooler; (5) crushing and finely grinding the cooled coal gangue sinter to obtain a coal gangue active mixture; and (6) mixing the coal gangue active admixture, the fly ash, the quicklime and the gypsum according to a predetermined ratio, and then carrying out injection moulding, mold removal and curing to obtain the coal gangue-based cementitious material.

Abstract: A NAND ferroelectric memory cell with a three-dimensional structure and a preparation method thereof are provided, the ferroelectric memory cell comprises: an oxide insulating layer, a channel layer, a channel buffer layer, a ferroelectric layer, and/or a gate buffer layer, and a gate arranged successively from the inside to the outside. In the memory cell of the present disclosure, the buffer layer has the following effects: 1. It can induce the crystallization of ferroelectric film to form ferroelectric phase; 2. It can reduce adverse effects caused by different crystalline characteristics of the channel layer and the ferroelectric layer, improve the quality and uniformity of the deposited film; 3. It can enhance the interface property of the channel layer, reduce leakage current, and enhance endurance of the device. Therefore, the buffer layer can improve the overall storage property and homogeneity of memory cells with a three-dimensional structure.

The dashboard allows the user to add and delete services for a software application, to establish a communication identifier of each service, and to clone a first route topography to create a second route topography. A routing service manages the route topography by storing a route identifier and the associated services for the route. When a user modifies an existing route topography or creates a new route topography, the information is managed by the routing service which provides the route information to requesting services upon demand. In one embodiment, each service of the software application includes a route cache with routing information that may be updated periodically by the routing service.

Abstract: A computer-implemented method and system and computer-readable medium are disclosed for linking an ontology provided by a content service (i.e. category ontology) with a word expansion ontology (i.e. lexical ontology). A user may provide an input such as a voice command to an application. The voice command is processed by a natural language processing (NLP) engine to derive the user's intent and to extract relevant entities embodied in the command. The NLP engine may create a composite concept set containing multiple permutations of the concepts (entities extracted) and provide the composite concept set to a concept mapper. The concept mapper searches a mapping file and applies one or more scoring operations to determine a best match between the composite concept set and at least one category provided by the category ontology. The content service is searched using the category and the results are displayed to the user.
