    Abstract: The present invention belongs to the technical field of biomedicine, and specifically relates to an extracellular cyclophilin inhibitor and the use thereof, wherein the structural general formula of the extracellular cyclophilin inhibitor of the present invention is as shown in formula (I). According to the present invention, a group capable of reacting with sulfhydryl of cysteine at a specific site on blood albumin is extracted by means of a side chain of a new cyclosporin derivative, and a drug conjugate is rapidly formed after same enters the body, which can effectively restrict the drug to the extracellular area and form targeted inhibition of extracellular cyclophilin, thereby achieving the aim of treating diseases associated therewith.

    Abstract: Provided is a bacterial cellulose-producing Komagataeibacter europaeus strain FMES and use thereof. The strain FMES is deposited in the China Center for Type Culture Collection (CCTCC) with a deposit number of CCTCC NO: M20221627. The strain FMES is isolated from traditional vinegar brewing and can efficiently produce bacterial cellulose through static culture. The strain FMES can also be used to produce a novel, green, and non-toxic degradable biotextile. Therefore, the strain FMES is expected to replace leather, textiles, and films derived from animals, plants, and petrochemicals, and shows a potential to serve as a sustainable alternative of the textiles.

The first request may include an indication of a wallet address for the user. The self-executing program may generate the identity attestation token that is indicative of first identity information, for the user, that is stored in an off-chain data source and broadcast a message that is configured to transfer the identity attestation token to the wallet address for the user. The self-executing program may receive, from a second application, a request for the first identity information for the user and send, to the second client application after receiving the request, a second message that includes information indicative of the off-chain data source.
