    Abstract: Speaker module housing and speaker module, the speaker module housing includes front shell with accommodating cavity and back cover fixed to front shell and covering accommodating cavity. Front shell has gate region for injection molding and fixed region opposite to gate region and away from gate region. Thickness of part of front shell between gate region and fixed region is smaller than thickness of fixed region. Speaker module housing further includes plastic structure fixed in accommodating cavity. Plastic structure and front shell are integrally injection-molded, and plastic structure is located in gate region and/or fixed region. Plastic structure is arranged in gate region and/or fixed region of front shell, so that part of front shell located in gate region and fixed region has sufficient plastic thickness, which extends effective holding time of shrinkage position of front shell and reduce risk of shrinkage in fixed region of front shell.

    Abstract: A pole plate includes first to third pole pieces formed into one piece. The second pole piece has grooves respectively formed in edges of two long sides of a first surface. Since a ratio of a width of the groove to a width of the pole plate falls between 0 and 0.15, the width of the groove is far smaller than the width of the pole plate. In a width direction of the pole plate, there is a long distance between the two grooves, as well as long distances from a middle of the second pole piece to the two grooves. Therefore, when the two grooves are machined, extrusion on the middle position of the second pole piece can be effectively reduced, and the middle position of the second pole piece is not broken for the extrusion, which does not waste machining cost and improves a machining efficiency.

    Abstract: A sounder includes a frame with an accommodating space, a magnetic circuit unit fixed in the accommodating space of the frame, a vibration unit fixed to the frame and spaced apart from the magnetic circuit unit and driven by the magnetic circuit unit to vibrate, and a front cover structure covering the frame and the vibration unit and made of sheet metal. The front cover structure includes a middle protrusion portion, an extension plate extending outward from an edge of the protrusion portion, and an assembly ring provided at an outer edge of the extension plate. The protrusion portion, the extension plate, the assembly ring and the vibration unit define a front cavity. The front cover structure made of the sheet metal with a limited thickness can satisfy requirements of the sounder on the structural strength, assembly stability and internal space, and improves sound production performance of the sounder.

    Abstract: A cover plate includes a substrate provided and a bridge structure. The bridge structure includes first and second ribs, and a bridge body. The first rib has first forming fillet formed at junction between the first rib and the substrate, and second forming fillet formed at junction between the first rib and the bridge body. The first and second forming fillets each have a radius greater than 0.6 mm. An included angle formed between a length extending direction of first rib and a plane of bridge body is greater than 120°. The first rib has a width smaller than a width of the second rib. With comprehensive consideration of a bridge angle, a bridge forming angle and a bridge width in design of the bridge structure, the first rib and the second rib are force-balanced, reduces a fracture risk of the rib, and improves a yield of the cover plate.

    Abstract: The present invention provides a flexible circuit board and a multifunctional acoustic device. The flexible circuit board includes a first fixation portion, a second fixation portion spaced apart from the first fixation portion, and a connection portion connecting the first and the second fixation portion. The connection portion bends and extends obliquely and upwardly from an end of the first fixation portion, so that the connection portion forms a first convex portion higher than a plane of the first fixation portion. The multifunctional acoustic device includes a frame, a magnetic circuit system, a sounding unit, and a motor. The motor includes the flexible circuit board above. By reversely bending the arm of the flexible circuit board, the stress concentration area of the arm is avoided, and the fatigue life of the arm is greatly improved by changing the shape of the arm of the flexible circuit board.
