Abstract: The present invention provides a biochip for simultaneously detecting a variety of antibiotics, illegal additives and biotoxins in a visualized manner, wherein the biochip comprises a chip carrier fixed with a group of detection target antigens, the detection targets are the antibiotics, the illegal additives and the biotoxins, and the biochip is prepared by the following method: enabling the bovine serum albumin and the detection target antigens to perform sample application operation on the chip carrier through a biochip preparation system by taking bovine serum albumin as blank control, and then fixing in a water bath at 20-37° C. for 0.5-4 h for preparation. The invention further provides a method for simultaneously detecting a variety of antibiotics, illegal additives and biotoxins by using the biochip.
