Abstract: Embodiments of the present disclosure are drawn to adjustable wearable headwear with integrated openings for accommodating one or more styles of hair. Aspects of the present disclosure also relate to adjustable headwear with integrated openings having a flexible member formed from one or more flexible elements (e.g., elastic bands, elastic straps, etc.) for permitting the headwear to adjust (e.g., expand or contract) based on a wearer's head size and/or hairstyle (e.g., a bun, a ponytail, or similar hairstyle), and for permitting natural contraction or expansion of the wearer's head. In an embodiment, the flexible elements may be arranged in a “ladder” pattern in a rear, flexible panel of the headwear. In another example of a headwear, the flexible elements may be arranged in a generally “X-shaped” pattern in a rear, flexible panel of the headwear. In such an example, two or more “X-shaped” elastic or flexible elements may be used.

Abstract: A heel pad made of a viscoelastic polymer that absorbs shocks and prevents impact related injuries through a low, truncated profile that enables a user to continue to use the original insole. The viscoelastic polymer provides adhesive properties that adheres a rear portion of the original insole to the inside of the shoe, while the leading edge is adjacent between the calcaneus or the heel bone and the tuberosity of the fifth metatarsals during use.

Abstract: A tennis swing training apparatus is provided, which is a spherical spacer with a strap with a fastening device to hold the strap on the arms, to prevent the spherical spacer from switching position or falling out during the process of the swing, which when put in between a limb from a body part or strategically placed on the body it separates or holds the arm and swing into position to maintain proper position by having the player squeeze or feel the feedback of the apparatus. The apparatus can be used to help fix most of swings and shots used in tennis including one handed forehand, two-handed backhand, forehand and backhand volley, forehand slice, one-handed backhand slice, overhead, and the serve.
