  • Patent number: 11772136
Abstract: A method for particle abatement in a wafer processing tool implements at least one cleaning-purposed mobile electrostatic carrier (MESC) including electrostatic field generating (EFG) circuits. Each EFG circuit is charged with the cleaning-purposed MESC. The cleaning-purposed MESC is then loaded into the wafer processing tool in a facedown orientation. A normal-purposed MESC is loaded into the wafer processing tool in a faceup orientation. Next, foreign materials are bonded to the cleaning-purposed MESC as the cleaning-purposed MESC is moved along a processing path through the wafer processing tool in the facedown orientation. The normal-purposed MESC travels the processing path during normal operation of the wafer processing tool in the faceup orientation. The cleaning-purposed MESC is then unloaded from the wafer processing tool. Next, the foreign materials are debonded from the cleaning-purposed MESC by discharging each EFG circuit with the cleaning-purposed MESC.

  • Patent number: 11777232
Abstract: A mobile antenna array system has a first baseplate with a first groundplane. An elevated second baseplate defines an elevated second groundplane. A plurality of support antennas are positioned between the first baseplate and the elevated second baseplate. The plurality of support antennas comprise multiple antennas configured to work at different frequencies. The plurality of support antennas are coupled to the first and second baseplates in mechanical connections that provide enhanced stability, tight tolerances, repeatability and low cost through the use of printed circuit boards as substrates for one or more of the antennas and baseplates. An elevated GPS antenna is positioned above the elevated second baseplate in use. The elevated GPS antenna is configured to work within a GPS range of frequencies different from the support antenna ranges of frequencies. The elevated GPS antenna has improved GPS transmissions and the support antennas also have improved positioning and functionality.

  • Patent number: 11775810
Abstract: Systems, apparatus, and methods for thread-based scheduling within a multicore processor. Neural networking uses a network of connected nodes (aka neurons) to loosely model the neuro-biological functionality found in the human brain. Various embodiments of the present disclosure use thread dependency graphs analysis to decouple scheduling across many distributed cores. Rather than using thread dependency graphs to generate a sequential ordering for a centralized scheduler, the individual thread dependencies define a count value for each thread at compile-time. Threads and their thread dependency count are distributed to each core at run-time. Thereafter, each core can dynamically determine which threads to execute based on fulfilled thread dependencies without requiring a centralized scheduler.

  • Publication number: 20230305700
Abstract: Centralized quality-of-service (QoS) policies administration in a storage area network (SAN) is a problem without meaningful solutions. Current implementations require explicit administration of end points, which is error-prone and not scalable. Zoning for NVMe-oF is defined as a method to specify connectivity access control information on the Discovery Controller (DC) of an NVMe-oF fabric, not as a way to specify QoS policies. Embodiments comprise centrally specifying one or more QoS parameters as part of NVMe-oF zoning definitions maintained at an NVMe-oF DC to centrally controlled QoS parameters property in an NVMe-oF Zone. Accordingly, embodiments provide mechanisms to specify QoS parameters in a centralized manner to eliminate requiring a system administrator having to perform per-connection QoS provisioning.

  • Publication number: 20230305026
Abstract: A method is disclosed comprising lysing the red blood cells of a whole blood sample, oxidizing the free hemoglobin in the lysed sample, and cleaving FVH from the hemoglobin A1C to form an electrochemical test solution. In one aspect, a first portion of the electrochemical test solution is reacted with fructosyl peptide oxidase and a reduced ruthenium mediator to form a first reaction product. A first electrical property of the first reaction product is measured, the measurement being indicative of hemoglobin A1C in the blood sample. In another aspect, a second portion of the electrochemical test solution is reacted with ferrocyanide to form a second reaction product. A second electrical property of the second reaction product is measured, the measurement being indicative of total hemoglobin in the blood sample. Hemoglobin A1C, total hemoglobin, and % HbA1C are determined based on the first and second electrical properties. Also provided are systems and components useful in performing the disclosed methods.
