Abstract: The present disclosure relates to a novel PLK1 degradation inducing compound having a structure according to Formula I, a method for preparing the same, and the use thereof. The compounds of the present disclosure exhibit an effect of inducing PLK1 degradation. Therefore, the compounds of the present disclosure may be effectively utilized for preventing or treating PLK1-related diseases.

As the opening is opened by the subsidiary door, the ice maker is drawn out of the freezing chamber, thereby enabling a user to conveniently supply water to the inside of the ice maker or to conveniently use the ice manufactured by the ice maker.

Abstract: Disclosed is a refrigerator including a storage chamber having a door at a front thereof; a first storage basket provided in a lower portion of the storage chamber and being opened and closed integrally with the door; and a second storage basket provided above the first storage basket in the lower portion of the storage chamber, wherein the first storage basket is provided with at least one regulation member to draw the second storage basket into the storage chamber when the door is closed. Since the storage baskets are completely drawn into the storage chamber, the refrigerator improves the convenience of use.

Abstract: A refrigerator includes a lower box which moves forward or backward in a storage chamber and an upper box which is prepared above the lower box to move in the forward or backward direction. The refrigerator includes a sliding rail unit guiding forward and backward movement of the upper box, a bracket which is prepared between the upper box and the sliding rail unit to combine the upper box and the sliding rail unit, and a release-lock member, which includes a handle on an upper surface and an inclined surface at one side of a lower surface. The release-lock member is inserted into insert holes formed in the upper box and the bracket to fix the bracket to the upper box, thereby preventing the upper box from being separated from the sliding rail unit when the upper box moves forward or backward.
