    Abstract: A transparent display apparatus includes a transparent display which displays a virtual object, a first detector which detects a position of a real object placed in a first direction from the transparent display, a second detector which detects a position of a user in a second direction from the transparent display, and a controller which estimates distances of the real object and the virtual object with respect to the position of the user, and an overlapping area of the real object and the virtual object on the transparent display with respect to the position of the user based on the detected position of the real object, the detected position of the user and the position of the virtual object. The controller controls the transparent display to display the virtual object on the overlapping area based on the distances of the real object and the virtual object regarding the user position.

The mobile device including: a communication unit which communicates with a controlled device that displays a screen; a camera which captures an image of the screen of the controlled device; a display unit which displays an image taken from the screen of the controlled device; a touch input unit which receives a user's touch input to the display unit; and a controller which determines an area of the screen of the controlled device from the captured image, and transmits to the controlled device location information which corresponds to the user's touch input to an area of the screen. With this configuration, users can more conveniently remotely control a controlled device and interact with a UI provided by the controlled device, through a mobile device by touch.

    Abstract: In a method of forming a contact hole and a method of manufacturing a semiconductor device having the same, a first insulation interlayer is formed on a substrate. A dummy pattern is formed on the first insulation interlayer. A second insulation interlayer is formed to cover the dummy pattern. A photoresist pattern is formed on the second insulation interlayer. The photoresist pattern has an exposed portion. The dummy pattern under the photoresist pattern is arranged to cross over the exposed portion of the photoresist pattern. The first and second insulation interlayers are etched using the photoresist pattern and the dummy pattern as an etching mask, to form a plurality of contact holes on both sides of the dummy pattern. Accordingly, the contact holes may be formed to have a smaller width.
