  • Publication number: 20240262906
Abstract: The present invention relates to a novel antibody that specifically binds to IGSF1 and a pharmaceutical composition for preventing or treating cancer, comprising the same as an active ingredient. Specifically, the present invention provides an antibody that binds to the C-terminus of IGSF1. The anti-IGSF1 antibody according to the present invention exhibited high specificity and high binding capacity to IGSF1. The anti-IGSF1 antibody according to the present invention increased the infiltration of immune cells in the spheroids when lung cancer cell spheroids in which IGSF1 is overexpressed were co-cultured with human peripheral mononuclear cells. In addition, the anti-IGSF1 antibody according to the present invention inhibited tumor growth in a humanized mouse transplanted with human lung cancer cells in which IGSF1 is overexpressed, and increased the expression of cytokines in tumor tissues.

  • Publication number: 20050117524
Abstract: A method for minimizing handoff latencies when a handoff is performed in a wireless network. An access point (AP) or base station associated to a current wireless station (STA) allows information required for a reassociation to the STA to be propagated to handoff-capable neighboring APs or base stations. When the STA moves, a neighboring AP or base station performs the reassociation to the STA on the basis of context. When a handoff procedure is performed, the time taken to receive context of a corresponding STA is reduced, such that a fast handoff can be implemented.

  • Publication number: 20030083144
Abstract: The present invention relates to a length-adjustable golf putter primarily for use in putting a ball that is on green into a hole in a golf match. The invention is particularly for solving problems generated in case of short putting. When a player uses a long putter for short putting, gap between a bottom of green and an eye of a player is widened and range of vision is opened out, which lowers concentration, causing a problem that a putting line is not read exactly. Accordingly, an object of the present invention for eliminating mistakes originated from such problem, is to provide a putter whose length can be adjusted depending on putting distance, thereby achieving high putting success rate.
