Abstract: An electronic apparatus includes a display unit and an input sensing unit. The display unit includes insulating layers, a signal line, a pad connected to an end portion of the signal line, and circuit elements. The insulating layers include a first insulating layer covering the circuit elements and exposing at least a portion of the circuit elements. The input sensing unit includes a first conductive layer, a second conductive layer including sensing patterns, and a second insulating layer between the first conductive layer and the second conductive layer. The second insulating layer exposes at least a portion of the first conductive layer. An insulating layer between the end portion of the signal line and the pad is defined as a pad insulating layer. A maximum thickness of the pad insulating layer is greater than a sum of thicknesses of the first and second insulating layers.

Abstract: A system and method are provided for enabling members of a television viewing location to generate user profiles on behalf of a video middleware system. The method comprises intercepting data exchanged between an end user apparatus and the video middleware system; processing the data to generate either first processed data in a first format familiar to a user lifecycle management system, or second processed data in a second format familiar to the video middleware system; and providing either the first processed data to the user lifecycle management system, or the second processed data to the video middleware system.
