    Abstract: The invention concerns a dental implant comprising an intraosseal anchor portion anchorable in the jawbone with an external face for anchoring in the jawbone and a tooth abutment portion fastenable to the intraosseal anchor portion, to which a crown can be attached. Such dental implants suffer from the disadvantage that they do not provide an optimum treatment result in terms of the position of the transitions between the individual implant portions. The invention remedies that disadvantage insofar as the intraosseal anchor portion is in the form of an intratissue anchor portion and the intratissue anchor portion and optionally the tooth abutment portion is to be adapted to the individual gingival configuration by preparation by the dentist.
