Abstract: A method is proposed for an application for consulting, on an apparatus provided with a display screen, content and services accessible by browsing the web, from a computer operated by a user and connected to an applications server. In response to the selection by the user of information and/or content on the web during a web clickstream, metadata comprising data description and location information and corresponding to the selected information and/or content, is recorded and grouped in a data structure of the application. A software agent capable of extracting information and/or content from the web on the basis of the metadata provides presentation data of the information and/or content extracted from the web.

Abstract: The invention is a method for executing an application on a device provided with a display screen for consulting content and services accessible by browsing the web. The method includes executing an application execution program on the device, accessing a data structure of the application, executing the software agent within the applications data structure in order to extract information and/or content selected by the user based on the applications metadata, adapting, based on the applications presentation data, the information and/or content extracted by the software agent and, displaying the adapted information and/or content on the display screen of the device.
