  • Publication number: 20100255263
Abstract: Disclosed is a gas barrier film for preventing penetration of gas or moisture or the like. Such a gas barrier film includes a substrate and a gas barrier layer, which is formed on at least one main face of the substrate and has a recess part, wherein an embedment part is formed by charging a filler into the recess part. The embedment part is completed by forming the embedment layer made of the filler on the gas barrier layer having the recess part, and depositing the filler in the recess part of the gas barrier layer while contacting the embedment layer with a cleaning device to expand and remove the embedment layer.

  • Patent number: 7301278
Abstract: An organic EL element includes a plurality of light-emitting units which exhibit organic EL luminescence and at least two different luminous colors and are connected in series; and a light-emitting surface formed by overlapping partly or wholly light-emitting surfaces of the light-emitting units. The plurality of light-emitting units includes light-emitting units which exhibit one color and are formed in multiple stages. A desired mixed color is obtained from the light-emitting surface by combining the different luminous colors.

  • Publication number: 20050168136
Abstract: an organic electroluminescent display panel includes organic electroluminescent elements and a resin substrate supporting the organic electroluminescent elements. Each organic electroluminescent element has first and second display electrodes and one or more organic functional layers of organic compounds sandwiched and layered between the first and second display electrodes, the organic functional layers including a light-emitting layer. The display panel includes an inclusion-inorganic-barrier laminate provided at least between the organic electroluminescent elements and the resin substrate and having a high-molecular compound film embedded within the inclusion-inorganic-barrier-laminate, in a form of being in contact with the organic electroluminescent elements.
