The invention additionally provides mechanisms wherein the entitlement to a non-fungible token that is associated with a stored value token can be claimed, resulting in a non-fungible token being generated, provisioned or transferred to a beneficiary of the stored value token.

The invention is implemented through a trusted intermediary server configured for receiving a user identifier associated with a client terminal user, generating a validation code, and transmitting the user identifier and validation code to a cloud services server associated with a selected cloud services application.
