  • Publication number: 20040263632
Abstract: In a printer having a medium-mounting chamber for mounting a recording medium inside and an operating button on the top, a receiving section receives image data transmitted from an exterior on a radio communication basis. A holding section is held by an operator, which is provided at a side portion of the printer when looking the receiving section at an operator side. A delivery slot delivers a recording medium mounted on the medium-mounting chamber, on which an image is recorded. The delivery slot may be provided at the operator side when looking the receiving section at the operator side, or at the side opposite to the operator side.

  • Publication number: 20030162564
Abstract: The peripheral surface of columnar rotary body is formed to have a light-entrant opening, and the bottom of the rotary body is formed to have an emergent-light opening. Light that has entered from the light-entrant opening is introduced to the emergent-light opening by a first mirror. Light that has impinged upon the rotary body is introduced from the emergent-light opening to a first half body that constructs the main unit of a portable telephone. A second mirror is disposed within the first half body, and light that has emerged from the rotary body is introduced to the photoreceptor surface of a C-MOS sensor by the second mirror. Since the rotary body and the first half body are not connected by a cord or the like, the rotary body can be turned through any angle to enable imaging at any angle.

  • Patent number: 6603931
Abstract: A camera incorporates a photo film support plate, which supports a back of photo film. The photo film has a magnetic recording area. An opening is formed in the photo film support plate. A magnetic head projects forwards from inside the opening, for recording information to and/or reading information from the magnetic recording area. A head base plate is mounted on a rear face of the photo film support plate to cover the opening, for supporting the magnetic head. Adhesive agent is applied to the periphery of the head base plate, and hardened for securing the head base plate to the photo film support plate. A pair of recesses are formed in a rear face of the head base plate in a vicinity of the periphery. The adhesive agent is disposed to extend from a front face of the head base plate to a surface of the recesses, which enlarge a contact area between the adhesive agent and the head base plate.

  • Publication number: 20030137642
Abstract: Temperature is detected by a temperature sensor disposed near a recording head. When the detection result is a temperature that is higher than room temperature, an appropriate movement amount of the recording head is calculated from a relation between response speed of the temperature sensor and a LED light amount, and a moving speed of the recording head is controlled. When the result of the detection by the temperature sensor is a temperature that is lower than room temperature, an appropriate exposure amount is calculated from the relation between the response speed of the temperature sensor and the LED light amount, and the amount of light emitted by LEDs is controlled.

  • Publication number: 20030122946
Abstract: In order to reduce the frame rate, when all photodiodes contributing to output of a video signal in a CMOS image sensor must be simultaneously exposed (at the timing of strobe flashing &Dgr;ts), as in a case where strobe is flashed, readout pixels composing the CMOS type image sensor are thinned such that the number of photodiodes contributing to the video signal outputted from the CMOS type image sensor is reduced. A time period &Dgr;tp2 required for processing (of the video signal caused by a row of photodiodes) in an analog processing circuit connected to the succeeding stage of the CMOS type image sensor is shortened, thereby reducing the frame rate.

  • Patent number: 5642926
Abstract: A projector of a reflection type has a transparent stage plate on which a transparent original sheet is set. A lamp illuminates the original sheet through the stage plate. A Fresnel mirror is laid on an upside of the original sheet, and reflects light from the original sheet in a convergent manner. The light from the Fresnel mirror is reflected away from the stage plate. The light is again reflected, and incident upon a projecting lens, which projects an image of the original sheet to a screen. A housing contains the Fresnel mirror in movable fashion. An inserting slot is formed in the housing, into which the original sheet is inserted during supply of the original sheet. Photo sensors operate to detect a front edge of the original sheet inserted through the inserting slot. It is also detected that the original sheet is set on the stage plate. An ejector switch is operated for ejection of the original sheet.

  • Patent number: 5534955
Abstract: A reflection prevention film coats a backside of a stage glass by a vacuum evaporation and coating, etc. A light from a metal halide lamp is not reflected on the back of the stage glass by the reflection preventing film, and is transmitted through the stage glass and is reflected on a surface of the stage glass and a transparent manuscript. The light reflected on the surface of the stage glass and the transparent manuscript enters a projection lens unit and appears as a spot light on a screen, but because the light is not reflected on the backside of the stage glass, so that the amount of the light, which causes the spot light, can be reduced. As a result, the spot light on the screen is inconspicuous.
